The regional work
I define regional technical priorities and help architects apply them in customer engagements. Through the RVAS/RVAP program, I build shared resources for GitHub Copilot and agentic engineering so colleagues have a starting point they can adapt.
From experience to shared resources
Customer engagements reveal the setup problems, decisions, and constraints a delivery guide needs to address. I use that experience to improve the resources, while leaving architects room to respond to each customer’s situation.

The public assets
The linked repositories cover Copilot adoption, trainer preparation, agentic co-build, and agentic DevSecOps. Their documentation describes the implementation and current scope.
These are collaborative Microsoft assets. I build and standardize the regional delivery resources; other contributors also develop and maintain the material.
- GitHub Copilot Adoption Hackathon: run hackathons with GitHub Copilot
- GitHub Copilot Train-The-Trainer: labs and train-the-trainer program for GitHub Copilot
- Agentic DevSecOps: adopt Agentic DevSecOps best practices through GitHub Platform
- Agentic Co-build: build AI agents, with AI
Technical leadership in practice
My regional work supports a community of approximately 40 architects across six major countries. I define technical priorities, run community calls, and provide technical guidance and escalation support.
This is the community I support, rather than a direct-report or repository-adoption count.
Evidence and limits
The repositories show the resources available for reuse. I haven’t published verified adoption or customer outcome figures here, so they should be assessed as delivery material rather than evidence of measured impact.
